757 Away starts in Gioiosa: more than an away match
A framed ACR Messina picture, a message of friendship and the first step in a journey bringing Sicilian football communities together.
757 Away has started in Gioiosa. This initiative aims to give away trips a meaning beyond the match: getting to know our hosts, strengthening ties between communities and sharing a passion for Sicilian football.
At the first stop, ACR Messina Club Manager Maurizio Mantineo and 757 Club Director Ezio Sindoni presented the host club’s management with a framed ACR Messina picture. A simple gesture, accompanied by a message of friendship and a wish to build relationships that last beyond the final whistle.
The gift also carried an invitation: to meet again one day in Messina, in the higher divisions, to support our city’s team together. Passion for the yellow and red colours can also bring places and people closer together.
This is the first gesture in a journey we want to continue on every away trip. We thank the host club for its welcome: sporting rivalry lasts ninety minutes; the relationships people build can last much longer.
